Job Type: Contract (Travel)
Pay Rate: $65 – $69 per hour

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 40 hours per week
• Shift: Evening shifts (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Duration:
  • Initial 13-week contract
  • Potential extension up to 18 or 26 weeks
  • Preference for candidates available through August or longer

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures (X-ray) in accordance with physician orders
• Ensure accurate patient positioning and image quality for proper diagnosis
• Operate and maintain radiologic equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow all radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff
• Review and verify patient information prior to procedures
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of imaging procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to support patient care
• Provide compassionate patient care and clear instructions during procedures
• Adhere to all facility policies, regulatory standards, and quality guidelines

Candidate Requirements

• Active Radiologic Technologist certification (ARRT preferred)
• Current state license (if applicable)
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent experience preferred
• Prior travel experience is a plus
• Ability to work evening shifts and rotating weekends
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Commitment to completing assignment through the summer strongly preferred
