Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (7-hour shifts, 35 hours/week)
Rotating weekends required

Compensation:
$1,050 – $1,222 per week (based on experience)

Job Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and experienced Phlebotomist to join a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hospital, commercial laboratory, or blood bank settings and demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety, accuracy, and quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures
• Verify patient identity and ensure accurate specimen labeling
• Maintain proper handling, processing, and documentation of specimens
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance standards
• Provide compassionate and professional patient care
• Collaborate effectively with clinical and laboratory staff
• Follow established protocols, policies, and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience in a hospital, commercial lab, or blood bank setting
• Completion of an accredited Phlebotomy Program (High School Diploma or GED required)
• Current Phlebotomy Technician Certification (CPT) required
• Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
