Job Title: Registered Nurse – Perioperative Services

Location: Sugar Land, TX
Job Type: 13-Week Contract (with potential extension)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM (4x10 schedule)

Job Description:
Join a reputable surgical facility as a Perioperative RN specializing in Operating Room procedures. This is a dynamic role in a weekday setting, perfect for nurses seeking consistency and high-level surgical experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver expert care during all phases of the surgical process.

Support surgeons and anesthesiologists with clinical precision.

Prepare and monitor patients from pre-op to recovery.

Maintain strict sterile techniques and surgical safety standards.

Ensure thorough documentation and patient communication.

Rotate on-call with 30-minute response availability.

Qualifications:

Valid RN license in Texas.

2+ years of operating room experience preferred.

Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Calm under pressure and confident in fast-paced OR settings.

Must be local or able to meet 30-minute on-call requirement.
