Job Title: Pediatric CVOR Tech
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Type: Contract | 13 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | 5x8 Hours
Pay Rate: $45 - $55/hour
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Pediatric CVOR Tech for an exciting Travel job in Indianapolis, IN.
Responsibilities
Prepare pediatric cardiac operating rooms for surgical procedures.
Assist surgeons during pediatric cardiovascular and open-heart surgeries.
Maintain sterile technique throughout procedures.
Manage surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies.
Support optimal patient outcomes through efficient surgical assistance.
Ensure proper functioning and availability of surgical equipment.
Follow infection control and operating room safety standards.
Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience.
Open heart surgery experience required.
BLS Certification.
Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and instrumentation.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Pediatric CVOR experience.
CST Certification.
Experience working in pediatric cardiac surgery programs.
Previous travel assignment experience.
