The client is seeking a Software Engineer 3 with strong deployment, environment management, troubleshooting, and Agile/DevOps expertise to support Social Services Applications (SSA). This role functions as a Senior Technical Deployment Manager, responsible for overseeing application release deployments, validating system enhancements, coordinating environment readiness, and ensuring high availability across development, test, training, and production environments.
