Role Overview
A large, complex organization is seeking a senior-level Benefits Consultant to provide strategic and operational leadership across the full spectrum of benefits administration.
This role requires a professional capable of operating at a director-level strategic capacity, engaging directly with executive leadership while also managing operational aspects of the organization’s benefits portfolio.
The selected consultant will be expected to quickly assess the current benefits landscape, support ongoing initiatives, and manage vendor relationships with minimal ramp-up time.

RFP Leadership Experience
Candidates must have direct experience managing complex benefits Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, including:

Cross-functional stakeholder alignment
Vendor negotiation and implementation support
Annual Enrollment Expertise
Candidates must have demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of annual benefits enrollment, including:
Communication strategy and employee engagement campaigns

Enrollment administration
Post-enrollment auditing and reconciliation
The consultant should also be capable of evaluating and improving annual enrollment processes where necessary.

Education
