Sanford, FL | Full-Time | Night Shift
Base Pay: $33.77 – $49.06 per hour (based on experience)
5 years: $38.28/hr
10 years: $42.86/hr
17+ years: $49.06/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 (Night Shift)
Shift Differentials:
Nights: +$4.50/hr
Weekends: +$1.50/hr
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) for an exciting job in Sanford, FL.
Provide advanced hemodynamic monitoring and high-acuity cardiovascular care
Perform frequent, detailed patient assessments
Administer and titrate critical medications and therapies
Serve as a clinical advocate for patients and families
Maintain readiness for rapid response situations
Apply ACLS, PALS, and NIH Stroke Scale protocols appropriately
Required:
Minimum 1 year of recent ICU RN experience in an acute care hospital
Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma
Active Florida RN license or Compact/Multistate license (Compact license holders must obtain Florida licensure within 60 days of relocation)
Certifications (Required Within Specified Timeframes):
BLS (AHA) – Within 30 days
NIH Stroke Scale – Within 30 days
ACLS & PALS – Within 6 months
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention – Within 6 months
