Patient Safety Observer (1:1 Monitoring)

Qualifications:

• Able to be certified/re-certified in CPR
• Experience with basic patient care, including ambulation, toileting, skin care, and mouth care
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Demonstrates patient-focused care and attention to detail
• Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance

Duties:

• Provides continuous observation of high-risk patients, including those on suicide watch or at risk for self-harm or injury
• Assists with mobility, hygiene, and other basic care needs as required
• Maintains a safe and supportive environment for patients

Pay: $55/hr to $60/hr
