Registered Nurse - Field Trip and Travel Health Support

• Pay: Total stipend of $130,000 annually

Qualifications:

1. Registered Nurse (RN) with valid state license
2. CPR and First Aid certification
3. Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities
4. Experience working with children and in group care settings

Performance Responsibilities:

• Accompany students on scheduled field trips, providing first aid and medical care as needed.
• Travel with the students to and from field trip locations, ensuring that students are safe and their health needs are met.
• Work alongside teachers and school staff to ensure any special medical accommodations are provided.
• Document any health-related incidents or interventions on the trip and report back to the school nurse or administration.
• Assist in managing and monitoring any chronic health conditions students may have while on the trip.
• Ensure that necessary medical supplies are packed and ready for use before the trip.
