Job Title: LPN / LVN
Location: Vero Beach, FL 32960
Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:15 AM – 05:00 PM
Duration: 8 Weeks (Possible Extension)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support both clinical and administrative functions in a healthcare setting. This role requires a versatile candidate who can assist in front-office operations as well as provide hands-on patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a professional manner
• Room patients and prepare them for examinations
• Schedule appointments and manage phone communications
• Record vital signs and patient information
• Perform blood draws (phlebotomy/venipuncture)
• Administer vaccines and basic clinical procedures
• Provide support in both front and back office operations
• Maintain accurate records using EMR systems
• Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative staff

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN License
• BLS (Basic Life Support) or CPR Certification
• COVID Vaccination Card
• Minimum 1 year of LPN/LVN experience (excluding externship)
• Experience with phlebotomy/venipuncture
• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Experience working in both front and back office settings

Preferred Qualifications

• Occupational Health experience
