Pay Rate: $1,678 to $1,870 per week
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM (40 hrs/week)

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Ophthalmic Technician for an exciting Travel or Local job in New York, NY.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform eye exams including visual field, ocular motility, color vision, tonometry, and pupil assessment
• Assist with intraocular pressure and pharmacological testing
• Manage patient flow and collect medical history
• Coordinate imaging and diagnostic testing
• Educate patients and respond to clinical questions
• Maintain and calibrate ophthalmic equipment (slit lamp, keratometer, etc.)
• Prepare and sterilize instruments
• Assist in minor procedures and surgeries
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
• Support ophthalmology clinic operations in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ophthalmic Technician Certification required
