Job Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) environment. The CNA will assist residents with daily activities, promote comfort and safety, and support the healthcare team in delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Support patients with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Monitor and document vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure)
• Observe and report changes in patient condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Assist nurses and healthcare staff in delivering patient care
• Follow infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required
• Previous experience in LTC or nursing home setting preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
