Job Title: Senior Technical Specialist

Duration: 12 Months (Contract)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Specialist to support the planning, design, implementation, and migration of a Complaint Case Management System using ServiceNow. This includes system deployment, data migration, user training, and FedRAMP compliance support. The ideal candidate will have experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations, data migration, and system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project kickoff and develop roadmap, milestones, and detailed project plan
Design, configure, and test solution components using Agile methodology
Prepare training materials and support end-user training
Support data migration and produce detailed migration reports
Conduct readiness assessments and deploy system to production
Identify and correct defects, provide ongoing maintenance, and transfer knowledge to internal teams
Support FedRAMP migration planning and execution
Qualifications:
3+ years’ experience implementing ServiceNow at enterprise scale
Experience with secure, PHI-sensitive application development
Proven background in case management solutions using ServiceNow PSDS
Experience migrating ServiceNow instances to FedRAMP environments
Experience with ServiceNow integration (HRMS, SoftPhone, Portals, etc.)
Strong data migration and system integration experience
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with Archer GRC Tools
Experience with implementing GenAI features on ServiceNow
