Pay: $45 - $48 per hour
Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Employee Health & Wellness team. The ideal candidate will have experience in health coaching, flu clinics, and biometric screenings, with a strong background in primary care and preventive services to support employees' health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide health coaching and wellness education to employees.
• Administer flu shots and conduct biometric screenings.
• Support preventive care services to enhance employee well-being.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve health and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ Experience: 2-3 years in a clinical or wellness-focused setting.
✔ EMR Knowledge: Experience with Athena EMR.
✔ Licensure: Active RN license (Connecticut preferred).
✔ Skills:

• Proficiency in administering flu shots & biometric screenings.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Background in primary care and preventive services.
