Mental Health Therapy Aide – Adolescent Behavioral Health

Qualifications:

• Experience working with adolescents in a mental health setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of behavioral health conditions in adolescents.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.

Duties:

• Provides direct and indirect care to adolescent psychiatric patients.
• Engages patients in structured therapeutic activities.
• Monitors behavior and reports observations to nursing staff.
• Assists with daily living activities, hygiene, and routine tasks.
• Supports crisis intervention and behavioral management strategies.
