Orthopedic Surgical Tech

Qualifications:

• Active BLS certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of orthopedic surgical experience within the last 4 years.
• Scrub experience in orthopedic and trauma procedures required.
• Certified Surgical Technology certification required.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Must pass pre-employment health clearance.

Duties:

• Assist surgeons in orthopedic procedures, including joint replacements and trauma surgeries.
• Prepare, sterilize, and maintain orthopedic surgical instruments.
• Ensure efficient workflow in a high-acuity operating room setting.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to hospital infection control and patient safety standards.

Pay: $4,000 - $5,000 per week
